Your Summer challenge for 2025 is here! The challenge includes 12 pre- recorded sessions, to be completed over 21 days during our 3- week break. The challenge includes a variety of 10-45 minute videos. You can complete the challenge by following along with the videos, or completing the daily task that is set. If you choose to complete the daily exercise task instead of the video, be sure to open the video anyway so that you receive your completion badge at the end of the challenge. Feel welcome to invite your family members to join in. The more the merrier and we know that social support increases participation in exercise :) Enjoy the ride, have a fabulous break and remember that the festive season is all about balance. Be merry, eat along with your families and friends, rest, and stay moving (even if that movement is less than usual). Thank- you for all of your hard work in 2024. It's been an absolute honor and pleasure to be on your fitness journeys with you all, and I look forward to kicking more goals with you in 2025!
