A 4- part exercise series which will introduce you to functional movement to prepare your body both physically and mentally for your pregnancy journey. With an evidence- based approach, Nat will guide you through from the foundational level, into more complex movements which focus on targeting the muscle groups and physiological systems that we know need support during pregnancy. The workouts are 30- minutes each and require internet connection, a yoga mat, and additional weights or bands if you have access to them. If you're just a beginner or coming back. to exercise for the first time in a while, then try starting with just your bodyweight before adding any extra load. Set yourself a goal to complete 1 workout per week for 4 -weeks and then go back to the beginning and repeat the program. Track your workouts in a calendar; this will help you to "stick" to the program. We recommend downloading our free workout calendar in the resources tab, and keeping it up on your fridge or in your workout space.
