Exercise Physiology Consults

Book in with Nat for a health and fitness assessment where you'll explore your goals, motivations, barriers, abilities, likes and dislikes. Nat will perform a rigorous assessment of your health risks and strengths, family history and employ some behaviour change techniques that will help you to change your life and improve your health outcomes, vitality and longevity. Book this consult if you've been diagnosed with a health condition, have been referred through your GP, or if you are managing any of the following with or without medications: diabetes, obesity, menopause, cancer, osteoporosis, arthritis, cardiovascular disease, musculoskeletal injury, high blood pressure, neurological conditions, or autoimmune disease.

Personal Training Sessions

We appreciate your feedback and understand that maintaining motivation and confidence at the gym or home can be tough. Our personal training sessions are flexible, available weekly, bi-week, monthly, or even as a one-time option. Additionally, we offer small group PT sessions, allowing you to share costs with friends or family for just $10 more per person. This is a great chance to work on your personalized programs with expert guidance on your posture and technique, plus assistance for heavier weights and complex movements. We offer PT online and in person. 

Individualised Exercise Programs

A personalised program based on your goals and ability. This is a great option if you have your own equipment, or gym access, are self- motivated to exercise, and can't commit to the weekly PT session. We offer a program only option or the option to meet with Nat one- on- one to go over your program. Returning clients should book the review program options.

We have the program only option and an option to meet with Nat online or in person for a personal training session. This is an opportunity to go over your program one- on- one.
